You did it. You’re a Duck! Not just for the next few years, but for your whole life. And it starts here. Orientation is the first step in calling the University of Oregon home, and we are honored to welcome you.
IntroDUCKtion is our comprehensive, in-person orientation, advising, and registration program experience for new students and their families and is required for all new undergraduates. It’s your opportunity to really begin to know what it means to be a Duck.
At IntroDUCKtion you will:
- Meet other new Ducks
- Find out from current Ducks about tips on how to be successful at the UO
- Learn from UO faculty about the academic opportunities
- Discover the abundance of resources, opportunities, and experiences available to you
- Meet with an academic advisor in your major
- Complete your fall class schedule
